YY, healthy lifestyle??

I admit, I have no healthy lifestyle..
I cant be like my maid, go for a run after she cooks lunch at about 5pm..
I cant, just cant.. too tired lar..

Anyway, today was my very 1st Psychology lecture!!!

Went for some CCA tour today.. Wanted to join dance but there are too many which in the end I didnt sign up for it.. Wanted Ballroom dance but dont think i want to show so much of my flabby flesh and get touchy by others... Wanted to join street dance but am afraid that the people in it very ah beng ah lian.. wanted to join dance company but.. i dont know why..

Anyway, i think OT is really taxing of a course.. I am a human, i dont want a sleepless night.. ):
Have had an unpleasant dream last night, or shall i say this morning? ): ): something that is so real that you can experience in reality but i did not encounter it before but in my dream.. ): Not nice.. ):
