I spent around 30minutes trying to 'save' lives!
It sounds exaggerating but it indeed intimidating!
I saw a paper recycling bin 冒烟！
All the passerby just walk past like nothing happened..
I think it should be alright if i just pour a bucket of water so i head to the 'nearest' coffee shop's toilet to seek help..
When i came back with the water, poured into the bin, the READ ORANGE FLAME became stronger!
I was so panicky that i just 'talked' to the construction workers and he pointed to the water pipe.. Felt so helpless when no one actually stood out to help..
But when i poured another small bucket of water, the China, yet i dont understand his Chinese, construction man came with a HUGE bucket of water! The flame finally went off....
After that, i thought to myself, why did i find 'trouble' for myself. I could have just walked off like the rest of the people.. Moreover, the fire station just just 2KM away.. Anyway, that's tht.
Pls be considerate and dont throw cigarette butt into the PAPER recycling bin! GRR!
